My postpartum practice takes on a Traditional Chinese Medicine approach, following the age-old Chinese cultural practice of Zuo Yuezi, also known as "sitting the month" or "confinement". With minor modifications catered to more modern expectations, I work with clients to find a balance of support that feels just right for them.
